Rouge Signature matte lipstick from L’Oreal Paris with a texture that is not felt on the lips and long-lasting.

Step 1:  Apply lipstick in your chosen color, starting with the V of your lips and following the shape of your lip, towards the corner of your mouth.

Then color the entire upper lip.

Step 2:  Repeat the same procedure by tracing the outline of the lower lip, then cover the entire surface.

For a long-lasting result, avoid pressing your lips until the texture dries.
